Payment Information

Therapy Intensives are self-pay only and not reimbursable by insurance. Payments can be made by Health Savings Account, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover.

Deposit Policy

50% of the total fee will be required prior to scheduling an Intensive package (or the entire balance may be paid in full). The remainder of the balance will be required 48 hours prior to the start of the first intensive session.

What to expect

Customized care to help you start feeling better fast.

  • The process begins when you reach out via phone call, text, or email (all of which can be found on my contact page) to schedule a free consultation. In this consultation, we’ll discuss if intensives are a good fit for you and your goals, and I can answer any questions you have about the process.

    If we decide to move forward, I’ll have you complete some paperwork, and then we can schedule the necessary appointments.

  • In this initial, hour-long session, we’ll go over the documents you completed prior together. This will help me gather more information and better understand your challenges and background. Then, we’ll determine the focus of our upcoming intensive session or sessions, and set goals for our time together.

    This interview will also help me create a personalized treatment plan that is specific to you. In the time leading up to our intensive, I’ll create or source activities for the work we’ll do that are tailored to the areas of focus we’ve chosen, your own strengths and experiences, and the goals we’ve set.

  • I’ll provide a personalized workbook to you that includes exercises that should be completed before our intensive session or sessions. These will help you prepare and have a clear understanding of and focus on the work we’ll be doing.

    There will also be sections of the workbook that will be reserved for use during and after the intensive, these will be clearly marked as such.

  • Once your intensive begins, we’ll dive into the customized plan I’ve created for you based on your goals and the package you’ve selected.

    Each intensive session will be 3 hours long, and may include talk therapy and specialty modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) or Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI).

    Throughout the work we’ll do, I will collaborate with you to help you find relief from the symptoms or challenges you’ve been facing. We’ll progress toward the goals we set together, and you’ll discover new insights and experience growth that we’ll acknowledge and celebrate together. Ultimately, you’ll walk away from this experience with a new perspective and the tools you need to move forward confidently.

  • In this one-hour session that will take place after your intensive treatment has ended, we’ll debrief together on the experience. This will include talking about the insights you’ve gained, relief you feel, and what this work has done to transform your perspective.

    Then, we’ll discuss what next steps should be taken to implement this new perspective in your everyday life, and how you can continue to progress on your journey to healing.
