Stress & Anxiety Therapy Online Across Missouri
Discover peace of mind like never before.
You’re someone who takes pride in getting things done.
It’s why others feel they can rely on you. But sometimes, it feels like they rely on you a bit too much. As to-do list items pile up, so does the stress and pressure you feel. And when things end up slipping through the cracks, you’re not only hard on yourself, you speak to yourself in ways you never would to another person.
Beyond that, you’ve noticed a general feeling of dissatisfaction with your life coming up more and more often, but can’t put a finger on exactly what you’re unhappy about.
Maybe you’ve been struggling with…
Feeling overwhelmed and overloaded, both at work and at home
Doubting yourself and overthinking every decision you have to make
Being easily irritated or angered, and then feeling bad when you take it out on someone else
Feeling on edge or wound up, and being unable to relax at the end of the day or get quality rest at night
Concentrating or finishing tasks because of racing thoughts
Feeling disconnected from your friends, family, and partner, and not wanting to socialize or do things you used to enjoy
My approach
Working together to get to the root & empower change.
Usually, the anxiety you feel in the present actually stems from something in the past.
Through the work we do together, we’ll start to put the pieces together to help you understand the cause of your anxiety, and why you react to stress the way you do.
In our sessions, you’re always free to come as you are and speak your mind however you’d like—this is a safe space where you’ll never be judged. Once we’ve gotten to know each other, we’ll set some goals for our time together, and I’ll support you every step of the way as we work toward them.
I tailor the in-session experience to each individual client and the strengths they already have, and sometimes use evidence-based methods like EMDR if we decide they’d be a good fit. However we end up going about it, my ultimate goal is to collaborate with you to create meaningful growth and change in your life, so you can find real relief from the stress and anxiety that have been troubling you.
